The client acquired a space which was formerly occupied by the now-defunct Kingdom bank. The client intended to accommodate its elite bank department and the standard banking into one space. The spaces required included a banking hall with customer’ s service pods, self-service points, teller section, support team office space, platinum section, a tightly secured bank vault, kitchen area and ablutions for the staffers.
The design features high-tech elements in the interior. Therefore we choose to include brushed aluminum cladding for some surfaces and columns to achieve the high-tech feel. The self-service points are digital with user-friendly tablets to assist the clients with service. The ceiling feature bulkheads with some purple lighting portions to mimic the corporate colours.
