The client acquired a stand with an already existing house. The task was to convert the existing residential property into offices. We sought permit for the change of use (residential-to-offices) from City of Harare. The client required modern architectural structure built with the contemporary finishes and building technology. The office design is adaptable for client’s use and lettable for tenants.
